- the shipment rate per country,
- as of how many pieces ordered we offer free shipment,
- the shipping method.
Islands are currently excluded. If your country is not on the list, please contact us. We will try to find a solution.
Since
Amaiora is based in Italy and the goods are sent from
there, all shipments outside of Italy are international shipments.
All deliveries are made by the service provider UPS, if not stated otherwise in the standard delivery method. The delivery requires the signature of the person indicated as the recipient. UPS will deliver the shipment only to the specified delivery address and not to neighbors. UPS will try maximum 3 times to deliver. After that, the shipment is stored for 5 days near the delivery address.
The status of deliveries can be viewed on www.ups.com with the respective shipment tracking number.
We recommend to indicate a company address as delivery address, where UPS can always deliver to.
Deliveries to post office boxes, post offices, army barracks and the Navy are not possible.

The delivery period is indicated on every product page. If you pay by bank transfer, the deadline for the delivery begins on the day after we receive the payment on our bank account. For other payment methods it starts to run on the day following the conclusion of the contract and ends on the expiry of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.
For deliveries to the German mainland and Italy we offer the following payment methods:
Advance payment by bank transfer
Immediately
after ordering you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your
order, stating the bank details, in order to be able to pay for the
goods.
PayPal
With PayPal you can purchase up to 200 €. If
you select PayPal as your payment method, you will automatically be
redirected to the PayPal page to authorize the amount. You will then
be redirected back to the shopping cart to complete the order. Only
when you have completed the order the payment will be executed by
PayPal.
PayPal offers the possibility to shop online easily, quickly and securely. PayPal is present in 193 countries and has more than 128 million customers worldwide. Details of accounts or credit cards are securely deposited with PayPal and will not be forwarded to Amaiora.
